なるほどと頷けるくらいの部位がメニュー
であるね。
またメニューがグラフっぽくなっていて
赤肉→脂身って感じでね。だから肉の種類や
特徴がわからなくても好きなお肉を選べる
優しい配慮が気持ちいい。
ただ、一頭から取れない希少部位は早い時間に
完売かな？chateauブリアンを食べたければ
早めの入店か、予約かな？
