普通にうまい！
ロース、バラ、ハラミ(各種、上と並)
食べたけど、並で十分美味しい。
上にすると甘味があります。
並でもお肉はきれいだしやわらかい。臭みは一切ない。

すごく柔らかく、油の甘みがありお肉自体あっさりしていました。厚めにカットされているので
