車で店舗前まで行くと親切にお店から出てきてくれ
セブンと茶色の屋根の建物の間をまっすぐ行くと駐車場になっているとの事
そちらに行くと10台ぐらいのスペースがあります
さて店舗に入り、オーダーシートに記入
スタミナ地雷麺は、メニューになくなっている
ホルモン系が売切れとの事※ホルモン系が人気なのかも？
まぜそばと一番人気の鶏豚（ちとん）と迷い
鶏豚ラーメン900円を２つと
私はチャーシュー丼550円を注文
とにかく、厨房の活気と接客は良いですねぇ
オーダー表にて、麺の種類、硬さ、味の種類、濃さ、油の量、トッピングまで
細かく好みを選べます
テーブルの赤いボールペンでオーダー表にチェックを入れて渡します
お一人様席も充実してます
しばらくして着丼
やはり麺、硬めを選んだ相方の方が早かった
時間差で自分の丼が、麺はストレートをチョイス
味は醤油の濃い目＆油は基本、
油を基本にしたからかアッサリとした醤油系になっている
チャーシュー丼の上にはこだわり玉子の卵黄が
それに箸を入れて実食
万一、こぼれても受皿あり、これも優しさ！
チャーシューは、アッサリ系の脂少なめタイプ
私はトロトロ系、香ばしい系なら更に嬉しい※勝手な要望
味変に黒ニンニクを翌日の事を考えスプーン一杯だけ
最後はニンニク片をレンゲで探しながら完食
身内や常連さんに親切な店はよく見ますが
どのお客さんにも親切、丁寧な対応
こちらの頭が自然と下がりますね（笑）
