「生クリームサンド」
冷凍サンドイッチ。専用パンを使用し、焼上後直ぐに急速冷凍します。冷蔵庫で 6時間解凍。でも半解凍位が殊に美味しいです。サックリと半分に切って頂きます。
シットリフンワリした珈琲風味の山高パンと、フワフワタップリの生クリームと、優しい甘味のストロベリージャム。凍結乾燥せず口溶が良いです。甘過ぎず、油っぽ過ぎず、小麦が香って、良い塩梅です。喉が渇かないパンですが、カフェオレ(本音はシャンパン)と合う様です。
