クエを食べに和歌山に！
和歌山白浜にある珊瑚礁さんに行ってきました。
クエ三昧のコース料理を注文。
突き出しはタコの酢の物と枝豆。
刺身はもちろんクエ！ ポン酢で食べると歯応えもしっかりありなかなか行けます！
次にクエの皮の湯引き。もうほとんどフグと一緒です。
クエ鍋は、骨の部位から入れると説明されます。食べ方をしっかりとレクチャーしてくれて、茶色いものはクエのキモです。
クエのキモは初めて食べますが、あんこうのキモに似ています。
食感がフグに似ているので、フグ好きにはたまらない一品でした。
最後の〆の雑炊を食べて終了。
最後のデザートは和歌山ならではの有田みかん
ご馳走様でした！
