Mr. Ita and all the staff are impressive in their beautiful Kansai dialect. I like the craftsmanship of the board. From conger conger. Delicious with plums. The sea urchin, which I haven't had in a while, was also delicious. It was only made in Hokkaido. Tempura is mediocre. It's a pity that there wasn't a lot of variety.
