評価の良き、こちらへ。
予約もしてないけど、入れてよかった^ - ^
L字型のカウンターへ。
観光客さんのお店って感じです。
店主、女将さん、スタッフさんたち。
オーダーは、
◆アジ刺身 900円
◆網焼 クジラ 1100円
◆網焼 ゲソ（アオリイカ）770円
◆おでん 大根、玉子、厚揚げ 各150円
◆ビール 660円
◆ライムサワー 550円
テーブルには網焼きコンロが設置されているので、網焼き頼んでみました。
クジラは生でも食べられるので、さっと焼いてください、味は付いてますと。
クジラはこうして食べるのはお初。レバーに似た食感。
ポソポソ感があり、アジ刺身の醤油を少しつけて。
おでんが美味しかったわぁ。
大根、厚揚げ、しみしみです。
呑み食べしてて、なんか違和感^^;
厨房の真ん中に、調理スペースがあり、刺身オーダーがあれば、店主が捌いています。
お刺身オーダーがないと、まな板の前で佇む店主。
お客様と話すわけでもなく。
オープンキッチンは、すべて見えちゃうけど、かつてのお店さんは、仕込みとかしたりしてたよねぇと、呑みながら思った。
ビールがカラになっても、おかわりを聞きにこなく、店主、女将、スタッフさんたち、顔をあげて、TV見てる、、(°▽°)

観光地ならでは⁈のんびり、、
白浜名物のさんま寿司ってあったのだけど、このあたり秋刀魚漁れるのかしらん、
試してみようかな、と思ったけど、、
