今回は和歌山旅行の帰りにとれとれ市場でお土産を買って、晩ご飯に近くのこちらのお店に来店しました。
18時半頃の来店でしたが、20分ほど待ちました。(待ち人数は10グループ位いましたが、回転率は良かったです。)
握りの盛り合わせ等もありましたが、好きな物を食べたいと言うことで、一皿ずつ注文する事にしました。(特に美味しかった物を書いていきます。)
とびこは粒が少し大きめでしっかりプチプチしていて、美味しかったです！(チェーン店とは比べ物にならないです！)
鯛は身が透明で新鮮なのがよくわかりますね！
歯応えもしっかりしていて、淡白ながら旨みもあって、良かったです！
クエは白身なので、あっさりしていますが、旨みがとても強くて、美味しかったです！
赤イカ(剣先イカ)はネタが透明でかなり新鮮ですね！
歯応えがあって、味はとても甘味が強くて、良かったです！
最後にブリですが、結論から言いますが、かなり美味しかったです！
身も大きく、分厚くて、脂がしっかりのっていて、口の中でとろけるくらい美味しかったです！
全てのネタが新鮮で、かなりレベルが高いです！
