南紀白浜のいけす円座(ワロウダ)。ホテルシーモア白浜キーテラスの店だが、海を見ながらの寿司(すし八咫)とともに、鮮度のいい魚を楽しめる
ここでは海鮮ひつまぶしという料理がコスパもよく美味しいと思っていったらなくなっており、勝浦産まぐろひつまぶしに変わっていてちょっと不安だったが美味しい。やはり生まぐろの美味しさがあるのと、ひつまぶしというだけあっていい味変で飽きない
まぐろはおそらくびんちょうだが生だと十分美味しいしこの料理にも合っている
錦糸卵、大葉、胡麻、海苔、わさび、黄身醤油と一緒に混ぜ込み、まず、そのまま食べる。
とろろ、金山寺味噌で味変。特に金山寺味噌は美味しい。
さらに真鯛の刺身を乗せ、出汁茶漬けにする。
かなり満足度が高く1,650円はコスパもいい。
白浜エリアは家を建てたので、長野エリア同様これからいい店を探していこうと思う。
