晩御飯をどこで食べようか、悩みながら当日まで来てしまい予約をせずに白浜入り。
(やはり旅行は予約すべしですね)
でもお寿司が食べたくなり、こちらのお店へ…。
当日でも一席だけボックス席が空いてたのですが、御膳側(いけす円座)でしたので、お寿司の単品注文は✖️
お寿司御膳を注文し、他は一品で追加。
画像の通り、お寿司以外は天麩羅と茶碗蒸し、胡麻豆腐。それとは別にあら汁を後で持ってきてもらえます。(御膳を持ってきてくれる時にあら汁のタイミングを聞いてくれます)
お寿司はどのネタも美味しく、私が気に入ったのは太刀魚の炙り。香りが口の中に広がり美味(^^)
天麩羅、茶碗蒸しなど他も美味しくいただきました！
一品では、マグロとカンパチのお造り。鮑の陶板焼きを注文！
お造りは厚切りで食べ応え抜群！
お寿司とは違って生魚をしっかり堪能！
鮑は活きてるものを目の前でバターを乗せ、火をつけた瞬間から踊り焼き状態！
そこから蓋をして、白ワインで蒸し焼き！
固形燃料が燃え尽きた時に蓋を外すと、めちゃめちゃ柔らかい鮑が再登場！
お店特製の白ポン酢につけて、サッパリいただきました！
今度は予約してお寿司側の「寿司八咫」へ行きたいと思います！
