白浜の円月島の前にある白浜kappou kawanishiに初訪問。
デザインされた店で居心地はいい。カウンターと個室が数多くある。42席と店はかなり大きい
コースは5,500円から設定。これに肉をプラスで7,700円、上のコース11,000円、クエ料理という構成。
感想は5,500円のコースだと店の雰囲気もあいまってコスパがめちゃくちゃいい。肉好きなら7,700円もいいだろうが、もう一つ上のコースで満足できるかは疑問。お酒は品揃え良く、バブった日本酒なども揃えている。
今回の御料理
・八寸は栗の渋皮揚げ、雲丹豆腐、無花果の胡麻がけ。ちゃんとした味で期待値あがる
・メイチダイ、シビコ(本マグロの幼魚)、イセキ(クロホシフエダイ)と地魚の造り。鮮度がいい脂の少ない造りで和歌山感がありいい。焼き茄子のタレで食べる
海老真薯ときのこのすりながしの椀。海老真薯はイマイチ。海老が地物のサルエビ(トビアラ)かな
・白浜のブランド養殖鮎、OGATAの子持ち鮎のオイル煮。
・鱧の天ぷら。天ぷらは下手なのでこのレベルなら出さない方がいい
・鳥の炭燻しご飯。普通に美味しい
・カボチャプリン
