とっても感じの良い若目のお2人がやられてます。忙しいのに奥さんがとても素敵な笑顔で対応されてました。昔で言う洋風居酒屋なんでしょうね。田辺産の生しらす、とろゆば、くろしおのアヒージョを頼みました。くろしおのアヒージョバゲット付きは、メニューにある2種のアヒージョ（しらす&エビ、うつぼ）のミックス。南紀らしく梅干しで塩気を追加してます。特にうつぼが美味。皮と身の間の脂身（コラーゲン？）がうまかった。梅干しを崩してから少し時間置いた方が梅干しの塩気と香りがオイルに移って良い感じかも。あと邪道ですが、生しらすに敷かれていた青紫蘇をバゲットにオンしてアヒージョと食べると、梅と紫蘇、そして魚介オイルの香りが重なりあって美味でしたよ。最初からアヒージョに紫蘇入れといても良いかもですね。日本酒も和歌山の紀土が4種、その他含めて8種くらいありましたよ。
