On the night of January 4th, I went to Kappo Sennari near Kii-Tanabe Station. When I made the reservation, I asked for a private room, and since the annex was vacant, I was able to take it there. The annex, which is called a villa, has a restroom and there is no contact with other guests, so it is said to be useful when used by celebrities. First, let's toast with a highball. Ask the store staff about popular items and place your order. Assorted sashimi - Yokowa, Yokowa skirt steak, Kueh, sweet squid Yokowa is good, but the soft skirt steak has a good amount of fat and is very delicious. It's amazing that the mythical fish, kueru, is easily included. It has a nice springy texture. As the name suggests, squid has a strong sweet taste. Crab miso Horakuyaki Vegetables and mushrooms are stir-fried with crab miso, and as it simmers down, it becomes even richer in flavor, which goes well with sake. Kurumasaka Ginjo sake that goes well with fish [Wakayama] Grilled Beef Loin With a well-marbled loin, you can enjoy not only the meat but also the sweetness of the fat. Black Beef Junmai Sake [Wakayama Prefecture] Seared Salmon Enjoy the thick, lightly cooked salmon with plenty of vegetables on top. All the dishes were delicious, and it was a famous restaurant that I would like to visit again.
