【2016年1月訪問】
今回伺ったのは、和歌山県の田辺市内にあるここ『しんべ』さん。
南紀白浜を目指して今回は和歌山にいったわけですが、
地元の方から、ここ『しんべ』さんが地元のお客さんが多く集まるお店と聞き伺いました。
お店は田辺駅を降りて２～３分ほどですが、
狭い路地のを入っていき、本当にこんな細い路地にお店があるのかと思いながら、
『しんべ』さんを発見。
いざ店内に入ると、外の通りから想像が出来ないほど、お客さんが沢山おられました。
ここの売りはなんといっても大将の人柄。
釣好きな大将は、自分専用の舟もお持ちらしく、
毎日海に出てはお魚を釣ってこられるとの事。
その為、本日連れたばかりのお魚もお店に並ぶとの事
（※全てではないようですが）
なかでも、えび団子はここ『しんべ』さんの名物料理らしく、
一つ食べてみてとの事。
いざ頂いてみました。
揚げたて熱々の揚げの中には、
プリプリの海老が。
たまんないほどの食感でありながら、
味は優しい味。旨かったなぁ。
それに、しんべコロッケも。
サクサクの衣の中に、ホクホクのコロッケが！
これまた熱々、口の中がやけどしそうなほど。
でもやっぱり旨い！
そしてこれも食べてみてと『エビ手巻き』。
キュウリと海老、それに特製のお味噌の様な物が巻かれた手巻き寿司で、
御飯との相性が抜群でした。
今回、車で来ていた事もあって、
お酒が飲めなかった事もあり、酒・ドリンクの評価だけは3.5をつけておりますが、
周り皆が楽しそうにお酒を飲んでいるのを見れば、本来は4.0あると思います。
本当にいい店。
あんなお店が家の近くにあるといいと思います。
