This is a story about what I did. Get some quick work done in the morning at the co-working space, then eat delicious food at a Sushi for lunch. I wasn't able to go home for Obon, but it was fulfilling. Now for the main event of this trip. Speaking of the main event, of course it's dinner (lol). Let's definitely open a new store today! I am very excited. I left the hotel in a rush, but it was over. Today is the Obon holiday, and if you think about it, there aren't many shops open. As expected, there are many shops on Ajikoro that have posted signs that they are closed. That's right (lol) However, I found a shop that was just opening at 17:00 with the lights on. This is Kenshiro, near the station. I entered the store following the clerk. I thought he was the first customer, but there was already a guy who seemed to be a regular customer. I was directed to the opposite corner of the counter. I ordered a draft beer from a cheerful older lady. When the beer arrived, I returned the sword and ordered an assortment of 5 kinds of Seafood and potato salad. ``We also recommend the chicken meatballs!'' So without thinking about it, I ordered an assortment of 5 types of meatballs. I noticed that there was a slight pause in the older sister's reaction. Well, don't worry, cheers. It's so delicious, it's the best. The sashimi is a slightly Western-style stew. Ah, this is delicious. Well, we can look forward to it! Five types of sashimi are now available. Well... Of course, the sweet potato shochu goes well. But then tragedy strikes. The 5 types of meatballs are huge! Well, I've done whatever I can (sweat). I mean, there's no place to put it on the counter anymore (lol) I managed to put the plates on the counter, but I ended up putting about 2 plates of them on the table. Is that okay? The seat next to me is already dead. How much is this person going to eat in that moment that the older sister saw earlier? I wonder if that was the reaction? (lol) First, dip the plain meatballs in egg yolk and crackle...! delicious! Soft and odorless. The chicken tastes good! Puck the cheese on top! delicious! Cheese goes well with it. It's like the cheese on top of the potato salad, and it might be good for wine! Pour the grated ponzu sauce...! delicious! Stable grated ponzu sauce! It's so refreshing and delicious, I can eat it as much as I want. Pack the green onion salt...! delicious! The rich flavor is also perfect! Enjoy the special plum sauce...! Wow, this is so delicious! The special plum sauce, the refreshing acidity of the plums, and the deep flavor of the plum meat go perfectly with the meatballs! I've eaten and drank quite a lot at this point, but I still want to try other menu items and drink local sake! I ordered Karakuchi Kido (Kid), lettuce pork belly wrapped skewers, and Ryujin Shiitake stuffed with meat. I took a photo of the 1 sho bottle, and I thought, “Karakuchi Kid!” Wow, easy to drink. It's dry and chilled, so it's easy to drink and has just the right amount of sweetness. Lettuce pork belly skewers...! Wow, simple and delicious! The fluffy lettuce and still-crisp lettuce combined with the saltiness of the perfectly grilled pork belly make for the simplest and most delicious dish. Ah, the alcohol goes on. What a devilish menu. Ryujin Shiitake mushroom stuffed with meat...! Oh yeah! Ryujin Shiitake mushrooms are thick and have a rich flavor. A specialty of Ryujin Village deep in the mountains of Tanabe City. So delicious! I ate and drank a lot. No, I ate a lot and drank a lot. Even though it's Obon, I feel a sense of freedom too much~♪ How much is it, 10,000 yen? ... Wow, that's amazing. I did it (lol). If I were to review the ridiculous prices here, the average price per person would be confusing, so I won't be reviewing the prices this time (lol) The fish is fresh and the chicken meatballs are also great. The menu is excellent, using fresh local ingredients. You can enjoy local sake, and the staff are young and energetic, so the atmosphere is nice. This is a restaurant that can be enjoyed by both young and old, young and old alike. I'll be back!
