土曜日の夜に予約して連れと2人で訪問。
車でないと行けないが、今日の友は下戸！
ハンドルキーパーがいるのはありがたい。
焼肉2人前コースと牛タン塩、ライスを注文。

お通しは、山形名物「だし」がたっぷりのった冷奴。
これだけでも名物になりそう。夏を感じるなぁ。
もともとレア系の肉好きの自分にとって「焼きすぎない」というグランドルールは全く問題なくクリア。
ひとつひとつの肉の脂が甘くて、タレはほとんどいらない。
ボリュームも2人で満腹、冷麺のオーダーは断念したくらい。
輸入牛ではなく、山形牛の焼肉がこの価格で食べられるのは、人件費とテナント料がかかっていないからなんだろうと、わざわざ訪問する価値を強く感じる。
