山形市内に店を構える「手打ちそば 梅蕎麦」さんに伺いました。
食べログ そば 百名店 2022 選出店です。おめでとうございます。
アクセスは、奥羽本線、山形新幹線が乗入れている山形駅が最寄り駅になります。
住宅街に佇む地元で人気のそば屋さんです。
のれんをくぐり店内にお邪魔すると目につくのが、ガラス越しに麺を打つコーナーが存在感をアピールしています。
壁には数本の麺棒、石臼の製粉機も置かれています。
テーブル３卓と、ゆったれできる座敷３卓の清潔感ある店内です。
梅蕎麦さんは、創業150年以上と老舗蕎麦店で現在は四代目となる山川 純司氏がそばを打っています。
期待が高まります。
本日いただいたメニューです。
○二色せいろ
陶器の器に二色のそばを盛られて提供されます。
季節のそばともりそばの二種類を味わえます。
薬味には、大根おろしがついています。
○もりせいろ
エッジが立っていてコシがあり、香り高い十割そばです。
極細で、短めの長さになっています。
そば湯は、とろとろタイプでした。
また是非再訪したいと思います。
