住宅街の中にある蕎麦屋、比較的高得点だったので訪問。
細めというより平打ちっぽい部分や断面が正方形というモノもあり
良く言えば食感に変化があると言えますが、切り出しに若干の疑問が残ります。
また不揃いであるが故に茹で過ぎてデロッとした蕎麦が混ざっているのも食感を邪魔しているように感じました。
変わり蕎麦は”桜”ですが、色味はともかく味もほんのり表現されたという程度で太さなど食感の構成は同じなので二色合い盛りという変化に乏しいのが気になりました。
蕎麦湯はかなりトロみがあり、蕎麦粉を添加していると思われる仕様、お腹に溜まる系のものでした。
