山形出張のこの日のランチはやっぱり山形名物のお蕎麦にすることに。
たくさんあるお蕎麦屋さんの中でこの日訪ねたのは「そば処二見屋」さん。
大きな三角屋根が特徴的なお店で、たぬきの置物がお出迎えしてくれます。
広い玄関を入ると大きな壺や太鼓などが飾られています。
店内はテーブル席と座敷席があり広めで清潔です。
山形蕎麦は少し甘めの出汁が効いた特徴的な味ですがこれが癖になる美味さです。
この日いただいたのは寒い日だったので鶏肉が乗った肉そばの温。その甘めの出汁にも良く合い美味しかったです。山形では冷たい汁蕎麦も有名なので今度トライしてみたいと思います。
ちなみに平日はコーヒーが一杯サービスでした。
