山形で蕎麦。
すぎさんに行ってみました。
結構な人気店なのでしょう。そして、お盆。
開店前から並びましたが、開店したときにはもう列でした。
いただいたのは、合盛りで天ざるもつけて。１７００円。
普通の合盛りなら７５０円なので、天ぷらは９５０円なのかな。
合い盛りは、麦切りと蕎麦。
１５分ほどで提供。
この日はすごく混んでいました。
さて、蕎麦。
喉コシはいいそば。新潟の布海苔蕎麦の喉コシに似ている。
コシも、そんな感じ。
そうすると私の好みからだいぶ外れる。
麦切り。
確かにつるつるしていておいしいです。
麦切りの方がおいしい。私の好みです。
でももう少しコシがあった方が好み。
天ぷらは海老が２本だったかな。
あとはしし唐？など。
９５０円だと考えると、今のご時世では仕方ないのかな～。
げそ天にすればよかったかな。
期待が大きすぎました。
