蕎麦店の中でも高評価な『そば処 すぎ』【3.57】
地産地消で限定の摩耶そばは品書に説明なく、訊くと更科とのことで価格は高めになっている。他の蕎麦は二八そばで摩耶そばも更科を使うが同じ二八ということだったので、興味は持ったが摩耶そばは頼まなかった。
〈もりげそ 1000円〉細打ちの二八そばにげそ天付き。薬味はネギ、大根おろし、個包装の一味唐辛子。ワサビは必要でしたら言ってくれ、とのことで頼まず。個包装の一味は使い勝手がよくない。つゆはプラスチック製の桶型に入る。小皿に沢庵漬付き。そば湯は後で持って来ていただいたが少量なせいであまり楽しめず。
店内は窓の明かりを入れないために薄暗く灯りが点る。平日だが客は多い様子だった。
