決戦に備えて前日山形入り。愚息と調査したが、肉(牛・豚)か郷土料理か迷い郷土料理に決定
山形郷土料理は芋煮のイメージしかなく、少し願っていたが、完全に裏切られた。(ほぼ)全て美味しかった。色々頼みすぎたので多少端折って備忘
△お通し 1000円のお通しが否応なく出されるとの口コミ通り。牛肉のすき焼きは悪くないが

X かまぼこ+焼き味噌 これは失敗。かまぼこにこだわりなくダメ
◎芋煮 庄内風味x１(味噌ベース) 最上風味x１(醤油ベース)
これ、美味すぎ。ハマった。里芋最高。豚肉も甘い
◎だだちゃ豆のさつま揚げ シンプルにうまい。生姜だけでいける
△だし豆腐 量も少ないし、インパクトない。味付けの問題か
あとは、紅花サラダ○、川海老揚げ◎、三元豚ソーセージ△、塩むすび○ etc

大学生、高校生、大人各１でお腹いっぱい。芋煮の美味さにはやられたわ。
アルバイトの方々の覇気のなさはアレだったが、総じて素晴らしい料理と雰囲気
お通し以外はお値段もリーズナブルかな
