山形で有名な平田牧場さん。あの高級ブランド豚の金華豚を生育している牧場としても有名で、1回は食べたいと思っていました。念願の訪問！！
金華豚厚切りとんかつ膳 2000円
なんと山形駅の中、しかも改札すぐの場所にお店があります。通し営業ということもあり、かなり行きやすいです。私は夕方に行って並びは0でしたが、お昼は行列ができてました……！
平田牧場さんでは金華豚を生育していますが、国内で2箇所でしか生育されておらず、そのうち１箇所が平田牧場さん。ちなみに金華豚は、あの金華ハムに使われる高級な豚です。
肝心の金華豚のとんかつは、きめ細やかな衣で、お肉は厚切りで少しピンクがかった色をしています。
やっぱり金華豚は上質なお肉でした。
柔らかくは無いものの、がっつりお肉と言った感じ。ですが、ジューシーな脂は品があり、パクパクいけます。噛む度にジュワッと広がる肉汁が素晴らしい……！
轢いたゴマにとんかつのソースを入れるのもいいですが、個人的に好きなのは平田牧場さん特製のオリーブオイルと塩が好き。
オリーブオイルは燻製の香りが強く、香ばしい香りと、素材の味を噛み締めるため、塩をかけて食べるのが美味しかったです(*´ `*)
ちなみに、ご飯やキャベツはおかわり自由でした！
