三代目へお邪魔しました。
確か、河北町谷地に 【ぬーぼー】の看板を
昔から良く見ていた記憶が。
東根、天童、そして、山形
看板メニューは、つけ麺のはず
と勝手に思い込み 初訪問の際
迷うことなく ガツンつけ麺 を
入り口の食券機にて購入。
最近、この食券機対応 増えましたね！
混んでると選ぶことすら気を使い
個人的には、あまり好きでないです。
席に案内され周りを見渡すと黒い物体が？
入り口のカウンターにお一人様無料一回限り
二回目以降10円。日によりメニューが変わる
別の楽しみが。黒い物体の正体は、キクラゲ
ラーメン用のタレで頂く 美味！
本番のつけ麺は？どろすーぷに魚粉のパンチが
中太麺 300㌘あつ盛り、普通のどちらか選択
今回、普通を注文しました。
想像よりレベル高かったことにもっと早く来れば
良かったと後悔。最後に割スープで残さず
頂きました。好みで【うまいっ酢】を少々入れ
さっぱりと残さず。個人的に、ラー油も有れば
尚、最高‼ クーポンでミニ杏仁豆腐も頂いて
最後まで楽しめました。

本日は、ニボ中華大盛を頂きました。
一口目の煮干の強烈な香りが。
魚介が苦手な人には無理かも？
と感じるくらい濃厚でした。
今回もクーポン使用でサービス杏仁豆腐
を頂き満足して帰りました。
2016年 4月再訪問。
爆中華なのか？普通なのか？
私、肉まし wife 野菜まし
肉ましに疑問？プラスチャーシュー二枚？
多少がっかり。野菜ましは、尋常でない位多い
二枚のチャーシューに不満がありましたが
食べてるうちに丁度良いことにきずきました。

I gave up on the usual Chinese Mazesoba (Soupless noodles) and tried the summer-only cold dandan noodles for the first time. First impression: The soup is not red. The dandan noodles were reddish from the chili oil, but even after mixing it, it still had a creamy sesame and peanut flavor. It was very easy to eat with just a slight spiciness. I also had the salmon mayonnaise rice bowl as a side dish and was very full.
