男盛りラーメン(大)+ミニチャーシュー丼 1300円
麺の硬さを「柔らかめ・普通・硬め」、味と油の量を「薄め・普通・濃いめ」を各々好みで選べるんだけど初回なので全て普通で注文。到着したスープを一口飲むと...美味しいのだよ。家系らしい濃さなんだけど、スープのベースになっている素材の旨味が味わえる濃さなんだ。そんなスープに負けないストレート太麺の食べ応えとモヤシの食感が最高。ニンニクや辛味噌のトッピングを追加しても美味しいだろうな～

やみつきジャンク盛り(極太麺)大 1350円
所謂「二郎系」だね。「終始ニンニクのガツンとした味と背脂の濃さで押し切られそう」な予感がしたけど、鰹節やチャーシューの旨味がスープに溶け出すと全く飽きが来なくなるんだ。それでいて啜り上げるのが難儀な極太麺は食べ応え満点だし、野菜の食感と相まって食べていて楽しいw
