ラーメン消費日本一県の山形。
いろんな店舗で「山ラー」といって盛り上がってますね。
山形ラーメンの特徴はあまりよくわかりませんが、私の食べたラーメンの中では喜多方系に近いのかと想像していました。せっかくの山形なので、山形系ラーメンをと思ったのですが、時間的に遅くなり、山形系のラーメンを提供する店が時間閉店しているような状態。
迷っているところ同行者の希望もあり家系ラーメンのこちらのお店に決定しました。
メニューを見てメインは家系、豚骨醤油。
メニューの中に山形辛味噌のワードがあり、そちらのラーメンをオーダーしました。
ついでに無料のライスもオーダー。
辛味噌は別盛りで配膳されました。
まずは辛味噌なしで。。。
家系の中ではサラッとした感じのスープ。
塩味もバランスも私にはちょうど良かったです。
少し食べ進めてから、辛味噌投入。
豚骨味噌は初体験。
豚骨の中に辛味が入り、なかなか美味い。
コクも増して、しかし、塩味も気にならない。
なかなかバランスの良いラーメンだと思いました。
