山形にある居酒屋
歓楽街からは思った以上に離れていて、1.5kmほどだろうか？
住宅街の先のちょっと大きめな通り沿いに立地してる。
店内はカウンター3席小上がり5卓。
奥の座敷に通された。
まずはメニュー。
種類はまずまず豊富でフードでも50種類くらいあるだろうか？
どうもランチの定食が売りでもあるようで、そちらの紹介も多かった。
あとは日本酒。
こちらは県内酒ばかりだが20種類くらいあるのが嬉しい。
気になった物をオーダーしていく。
〇お通し（恐らく500円）
鳥、タケノコ白味噌煮物。
少し甘さを感じる出汁だが旨みがある。
優しい味付けでレベルの高さを感じた。
〇串焼き8本（1360円）
もも、ねぎま、白レバー、つくね、皮、ハツ、砂肝。
すべて塩焼き。
どれも一串が大きくて食べごたえがあった。
〇揚げ出し豆腐（550円）
絹豆腐2切れ。
紫蘇、大根おろし、生姜がのせられている。
出汁は醤油が強めなのだが、甘みと旨味がある。
紫蘇と合わせるとさっぱり頂けるのが良い。
この紫蘇が気に入った。
〇イカ焼売（550円）
どんなのだろうとオーダーしてみたが恐らく既製品だろう。
無難に美味しいが、敢えてはオーダーしなくても良かったか。
一品一品は量があるし、味付けは甘みをうまく使っていると感じた。
お酒揃えも頑張っているが、基本はランチが強いお店かな。
