我が社の仲間は良く分かってらっしゃる（笑）

酒米「出羽燦燦」を磨き三割三分で仕上げた

純米大吟醸酒

「#秀鳳」

スッキリですね。

夏酒って印象です。

胡瓜やスイカとか食べたいと感じちゃう
不思議な感覚のお酒です。

17度と多少アルコール高めですが、全くキツく感じない
精米の磨きの丁寧さが味に反映されているのでしょうね。
