[Location] restaurant facing a large road at the west exit of Yamagata Station. [Exterior, interior and atmosphere] The exterior is hard to tell just by passing by. It feels like a hideaway. When you enter, the interior is clean and bright. There are several tables. Yes, there are no tatami-style seats, but semi-private seats. The quiet-looking owner was in the kitchen, and there were cheerful women in the hall. The clientele consisted of a variety of groups, including groups having a girls' night out, two men and women, and office workers on their way home from work. [Cooking] I received a 4,500 yen course consisting of 3 appetizers, sashimi, 10 Tempura dishes, sake accompaniment, sea bream chazuke, and ice cream. When I tried the 3 appetizers, they were very delicious. Expectations are high.I'm glad that Tempura that follows is served in small portions of 2-3 items at a time.Everything was delicious, but the freshly molted crab, kisses, and mentaimochi tempura were especially delicious. If you don't like something, try something different. Please feel free to tell me if you would like to change it.I was thankful that the sea bream chazuke that came out was smooth and easy to eat.In the end, it was delicious and I wanted to eat more, so I added Yamagata Wagyu tempura and kakiage. The egg yolk was on top of the kakiage. It's quite interesting to break it up and eat it, so you might want to give it a try. [Alcohol] There's a lot of sake produced in Yamagata Prefecture, so there isn't Tempura selection, but they do have a nice selection of refreshing sake that goes well with tempura. Some of Tempura have flavors on them, so you can enjoy changing them depending on the tempura. [Price] 4,500 yen might seem a bit expensive when you hear that it's just the food, but each item is carefully prepared and has enough content. Still, I'm concerned about the price. If so, there is also a 3,500 yen course, so that might be a good option.I felt the alcohol prices were average. [Summary] How about some delicious Tempura that you can easily get behind Yamagata Station?
