会食や接待におすすめな米沢牛店
山形県米沢市の米沢駅から徒歩10分ほどのところにある「米沢牛黄木 金剛閣 すき焼き しゃぶしゃぶ 毘沙門」。
平日の夜に数年ぶりに訪れました。今回、注文したのは「特選 しゃぶしゃぶセット（サーロイン）」（7,700円）。
このセットには、先付けから始まり、小鉢、肉130g、しゃぶしゃぶの野菜一式、たれ、薬味、うどんや餅、香の物、そして締めの水菓子までが含まれていました。米沢牛のしゃぶしゃぶは柔らかく深い味わいで美味しかったです。
もう少し食べたかったので、「米沢牛串焼」（770円）を追加で注文しました。焼き加減が絶妙で米沢牛の甘みが感じられて美味しかったです。
山形と言えば、美味しい地酒も欠かせません。豊富なラインナップの中から今回選んだ「雅山流 葉月」は、フルーティーな口当たりで、しゃぶしゃぶとの相性も抜群でした。
今回は、個室を予約したので、ゆったりと静かに食事を楽しむことができました。
「米沢牛黄木 金剛閣 すき焼き しゃぶしゃぶ 毘沙門」は、店構えがしっかりしていて、店員さんの接客もいいので、会食や接待などでもお勧めできるお店です。

Located in Yonezawa City, Yamagata Prefecture, about a 15-minute walk from Yonezawa Station, is the historic Yonezawa Beef Koki Kongokaku Sukiyaki shabu shabu Bishamon. Since it was the 100th anniversary of the store's opening, there were many orchids displayed inside the store. It was my first visit in 2 months. Last time, I enjoyed the Yonezawa beef sirloin shabu shabu, so this time I chose the shoulder loin Sukiyaki. The soft and sweet Yonezawa beef had a deep flavor and was very delicious. I had reserved a private room this time as well, so I was able to enjoy my meal in a relaxed and quiet atmosphere.
