蔵王温泉で心身ともに癒され帰京する途中、昼食に友人3人で訪問。昨年に続いて二度目の企画でした。
前年の吹雪とは違いこの日は穏やかで暖かく、米沢駅から散歩がてらに歩きました。最上川の雪景色が綺麗でしたよ。
注文したのはリブロースとモモの相盛りしゃぶしゃぶセット6,000円。そのあと肉と野菜のお代わり、〆のうどんと餅を頂きました。
歳とともに肉の旨味を楽しめる赤身肉を好みます。ただしリブロースも捨てがたい！
清酒で例えるなら乾杯用の大吟醸がリブロース、そのあとは飽きのこない純米酒としての赤身肉といったところでしょうか。とにかく大晦日のこの日、米沢牛を堪能しもちろん店舗でお土産も購入ののち帰途につきました。
唯一残念なのは、以前は山形の地ビールを揃えていましたが、いまはそれがないところ。
また機会あればリピートします。
