サーロインのすき焼きを。
まず特徴的なのが割下が味噌ベースであること。見た目にも味噌だし、実際かならどろっとしている。よく言えば濃厚、悪く言えば濃い。
米沢牛は神戸牛と並んで脂があっさりとして美味しい、という教育を受けている。実際に見た目の脂ノリに反してあっさりと食べやすく、旨味も強い。かなり美味しいし、これが130gで7000円なら非常によい。都内で食べると10000円で食べれないだろう。
ここからは少し好みの問題。
まず、薄切りすぎで、食べ応えがあまり無い。枚数は少なくていいので、同じ130gでももう少し厚みが欲しかった。
あと味噌の割下。個人的には濃かったし、肉の脂が結構消されちゃった。
ただ前述のように肉はかなり美味しいのでステーキとかの方がいいのかも。
