米沢牛黄木（おうき）が提供するレストラン。
建物の2階が焼き肉「黄木」、3階がすき焼きとしゃぶしゃぶの「毘沙門」、4階がステーキの「明星」になっており、今回は「毘沙門」ですきやきのコースをいただきました。
生ビール750円で乾杯。
予約しておいた4400円のコースは以下の通り。

すきやきは、ひとりずつ1台ガスコンロでじっくり育てます。味噌味のタレが珍しく、香ばしい香りがよいです。
肉は70gと少なめですが、美しい肉がとろけておいしかったです。
すきやきだけでなく、お料理ひとつひとつおいしく、満足できました。
ちなみに、すきやき単品だと5500円から7700円だそうです。お肉の品質からすると高くはないのでは。
