米沢市最上川の袂。
今日は家族で米沢牛黄木さんの2階「金剛閣」さんです。
黄木さんは入口でフロア別で米沢牛の食べ方選べます。
「和食」「しゃぶしゃぶ、すき焼き」「ステーキ」。
今日は「しゃぶしゃぶ」いきましょう！
こんなとこで子供らにご飯食べさせたことないですね（笑）
今までは公務員リタイアじいじにたかって食べてました（笑）
じいじいないとホイホイとは来れないですね（笑）
しゃぶしゃぶの肉質は四人で四種類食べ比べ。
「サーロイン」「リブロース」「モモ」「赤身」です。
ホロホロ感では「リブロース」がいいかな。
肉旨さ柔らかさを感じるのにはしゃぶしゃぶが一番いいという持論。
「口の中で肉がとろけます」の体感。
やっぱりうまいっすね〜。
「赤身」も全然おいしいです。逆に肉肉感もあって。
高い安いというよりはどっちの感じが好きかですかね。
その中で子供らとふざけながら楽しい夕飯。
ちゃんと働いて恩返ししてくださいよ（お前がじいじにしてないくせに）
大変大変美味しく頂きました。
亀岡文殊様にも神頼みしてきて（笑）
いい大学いかんともいいが、自分の人生を悔いないように生きてください。
