Will I pass this time?
It's been a year and a half since I've used it. This time, we held a year-end party at our house. Reserve Bishamon Kaiseki (Sukiyaki). I've used it several times, and they send out pamphlets for each season, so I made a reservation for a year-end party. When I sat down and looked at the menu, I noticed that there was no rice this time, but duck udon, so I ordered rice (large size free) and had it with Sukiyaki. The sauce for this Sukiyaki (free egg refills) is not soy sauce, but sesame miso flavored, and I love how light and delicious it is. It was a bit busy as it was the last Friday of the year (year-end parties were in full swing), but I was able to fully enjoy the Yonezawa beef. "Hmm. This (Friday) time was also a passing (Gokaku)" moment. (Sorry to everyone in Palestine and Ukraine. I ate it deliciously, thinking that tomorrow would be my own.)

今日は、我が家のお花見(さくらは散りました)
今年は、暖冬で雪が降らず3月・4月とバタバタ。
金剛閣さんからのお誘いもあり、タベログTポイントも、利用可能でお得なので、こちらに決定。(タベログから初めて予約)
注文メニューはいつも、毘沙門会席のすき焼き(7,700円)で決まり。
米沢牛は、脂の融点が低いので関東風・関西風でもない米沢風で、金剛閣オリジナル割り下(味噌味)で頂きます。
そして、今回はなんと・なんと、愛の商品券2024(プレミアム30％UP付き)があるので、大・大奮発で追加料理2品(山菜の天婦羅・茶碗蒸し)と、個室(当日は、宴会が入っているので騒がしいと教えてくれる)を予約。
先月三重県に行き、雨で伊勢志摩スカイラインを残念し、金剛證寺にお参り出来なかったので、金剛繋がりのお参り気分で、御利益をお腹の中へ。(自分勝手な都合の良い考え)
こちらのお店は昨年、創業100周年だとか。(入口より100周年のノボリが多数アリ)
どうりで、昨年12月に利用した時、いままでなかった魚料理(銀鱈の煮付け)が、メニューに新登場(以前は、米沢牛のミニステーキ)で、100周年を期にグレードUPか？(料金も1,100円グレードUP)
一皮剥けた金剛閣の料理の数々、大変美味しく頂きました(地酒もちょっぴり飲みました)
無理な注文にも関わらず、心良く引き受けてくれ、丁寧なお出迎え・お見送りもして頂き、感謝感激です。
今後も名前(金剛)どうり、最強の米沢牛とサービスを努力し、提供して頂きたいと思います。
