ランチは土日だけとのことで、
混雑するのを避けて、
早めに入店。
カウンター席へ向かうも、
若い女の子の前で麺を啜るのを躊躇いまして、
テーブル席で良いか打診。
テーブル席へ。
店内はお洒落で、女性客や家族が多し。
男性一人は浮いてるかも。
注文したのは、
タイワンラーメン 普通（800円）。
丼とともに別皿で豆板醬が付いてきました。
スープは、、、ほんのりと透き通った優し目のさっぱりスープ。
時間を置くと挽き肉の旨味が徐々に溶け出します。
ここで一気に豆板醬を投入。
豆板醬は少し甘酸っぱいかな。
さて、麺は、、、意外にもやや灰色味がかった、加水少な目麺か。
中華麺とは違います。
総じて、量は多いので、満足感は高いですね。
ここの麻婆豆腐も是非試してみたいです。
