コロナ禍で予約がメインだとは知らずに来店 (T^T)ｩｩ
ラッキーな事に二席空きがあり着席できました。
ここ「如意」は麻婆豆腐に宴会料理、それにマンゴーかき氷が人気なのは事前にチェック済み(^^)b
今日は中でも酒田を代表すると言う麻婆豆腐が目当て｡｡
周一族の味を伝承する「仁」か「如意」か…
仁の麻婆は一度いただいてるので、いつかは如意とずぅ～と思いを温めてましたがようやく実現。
シビカラ麻婆と書いてあったので期待大！
(ご飯は大盛無料＋スープ付き)
選べる点心と如意タンタンをおまけに注文です♪
10分程度で着丼したのでさっそく麻婆を一口…
確かに美味いがコクが足りず思ったよりあっさりかな？
まぁ、あくまで個人的な感想でございますが…。
タンタンは食べた事がないような不思議君｡｡
焼売はごくごく普通な感じ。
やっぱ周一族の伝承麻婆が美味しいかなぁ〰️
今度改めて味を確かめに伺って見ます…(笑)
