山形県への出張の際にこちらの台湾料理屋「酒茶房如意（にょい）」さんで夕食をいただきました。
まずは早く出そうなメニューからグリーンサラダと蒸し鶏 葱ソースを確保します。
お店の方に人気のメニューを聞くとは餃子や天心とのことで、焼き餃子と台湾小籠包をセンターに布陣を考えます。
サイドには中華屋さんでメニューにあれば注文する大根餅と、おすすめメニューからラムと長ネギの塩味炒めを布陣して最強布陣の完成です。
生ビールやSUDACHIの角ハイと合わせながらどれも美味しくいただきました。特にお店の方にお勧めしていただいた餃子と小籠包は皮がもっちりしていて美味しかったです！
