正直に言えば…
米沢在住のボクには
店内での麦切りに
全く馴染みがない文化。
なので初訪問、
そして初体験となります。
オーダーから15分、着丼。
見た目はうどんみたいな太さ。
謎なのは小鉢の辛子。
どうやら蕎麦は山葵、
麦切りは辛子で頂くみたい。
辛子の見た目にも驚く。
粒マスタードみたいな辛子です。
早速麦切りから。
かえしは甘めですね、
鰹と昆布の風味が強いタイプ。
おお！
これは旨い！
一口啜って、
妻と目を合わせたぐらい、
インパクトはかなりあった。
太さか生麺ゆえなのか
少し水っぽさが気になるが
小麦感が強いのと、
辛子がいい味出して美味しい。
うどんとも
そうめんとも違う食感。
何より、
2人で一気に啜る、この楽しさ！
食感の違い、
楽しめるお蕎麦だが味は普通。
主役は
間違いなく麦切りでしたね。

いい体験になりました。
