宿泊していたホテルから歩いて行けるお店で、評判のいいところということでホテルの方に教えていただいた
お店です。
店内は普通の定食屋さんでしたが、非常にお客さんが多く賑わっていました。
まず、ここのお店、肉の専門店だそうで、豚が３種類置いてありました。
三元豚は割とどこにでもあるので、他の２つをそれぞれ生姜焼きとトンカツでいただきました。
生姜焼きはお米で育った米の子豚、かつは最上川ポークで注文。
もの凄く柔らかい！どちらも絶品！ソースはオリジナルらしくラベルがお店の名前でした。
生姜焼きも味付けが上品で旨い！いずれも単品注文です。
他に、豆腐とだだちゃを注文。さんまの糠漬けを頼むが忘れられていて残念ながら食べられませんでした。
ここの店主が若い男性でしたが、品のいい物静かな方。
日本酒のマイスターの資格を持っているとのことで２種類の地酒の日本酒を出していただきましたが
本当に飲みやすい、美味しい日本酒。辛口と甘口それぞれ全然違う飲み口でしたが、どちらも体に
しみいるような味。
お肉は美味しいし、店主は品がいいし、大満足のお店でした。
近所にあったらしょっちゅう行きたいです。
地元の人も知っているようで次から次へとお客さん。
肉にはキャベツが凄くたくさん載っていました。美味しいお酒を２種類ずつ二人で飲んで、お通しも紅鮭？と鯛？
美味しかったですし、いいお肉を使った料理・・これで一人２５００円は安いと思いました。
