I went there for the all-you-can-eat Sushi for 3,780 yen including tax. When I entered the restaurant, there were counter seats on the left and a raised area on the right. When I told them I had made a reservation in advance, I was guided to the counter seats on the left. There were three customers at the counter and four on the raised area. They seemed to be from the same group, but they seemed to be quite drunk, and were shouting loudly and making a lot of noise. It was already 8pm, so it was no surprise that the food was ready. There were other rooms in the restaurant, and it seemed that there were several groups of customers there. The all-you-can-eat menu was already prepared in front of me, and the master told me to go ahead and order. So I ordered a bottle of beer for 756 yen including tax. For Sushi, I ordered tuna, white fish, crab, sweet shrimp, and salmon roe. The tuna was soft and sweet. The white fish was flounder. It had a subtle sweetness and a refined taste. The crab was light on the palate. The sweet shrimp was sweet as its name suggests. The salmon roe was as delicious as expected. Next were the clams, salmon roe, and scallops. The clams were crisp and had a great bite. The scallops were light. The nigiri are made by the master and his apprentice, but the apprentice is often not there as he is also in charge of grilled and Fried food. Inevitably, the master is the only one making nigiri, and when there are a lot of orders for nigiri, the next nigiri inevitably takes longer to come out. Well, there is plenty of time for the all-you-can-eat option, so there is no need to rush. However, if you take too long, you will end up drinking only beer and getting full (lol). Here, I ordered another beer. A bowl of clam soup was also brought out, and the beer and Sushi warmed my cold stomach. I also ordered squid, salmon, and yellowtail (this time, Hiramasu and Yellowtail). The squid had a sticky texture and was sweet. The Hiramasu and Yellowtail were also sweet, and the Yellowtail in particular was fatty and melt-in-your-mouth. Although they did not have high-class ingredients, all the ingredients were sweet and of a very high level. It was very delicious. Although I had no complaints about the sushi, I was the only one eating all you can, and I felt a little conflicted when I saw the high-end ingredients ordered by other customers, such as sea urchin, blackthroat seaperch, and golden eye (lol). Perhaps out of concern for the delay in serving, the chef served me some fatty tuna for free. It had a fun texture and was also delicious. I was already pretty full after this. To finish off, I had salmon roe, scallops, and sweet shrimp. I was super full and couldn't eat any more. I was able to enjoy a lot of delicious Sushi. By the time I left, the other customers had left, and the chef had more time. I wondered if it was okay to come at this time. Thank you for the meal.
