かれこれ15年位前かなぁ、ホントに久しぶりです。
とはいえ、何度伺っても外に並ぶ行列を見て断念してました‥
開店少し前に伺うと二組目で即テーブル席にご案内。
さっそくメニューを見て、以前頼んだ辛味噌ラーメンが頭をよぎり、名前は違えど即決オーダー‥
10分もかからずご対麺です。
スープは脂の層が見えるほど多めだが、かなり美味とコクが感じられます。
麺は熟成麺なのか前日の繰り越しなのか半透明に見える。
辛味噌を溶かしつつ麺をズルズル‥
固めに頼んだ麺は程よくスープが絡んで美味い♪
もう一杯は鯛だし塩ラーメン。
スープは魚系、鯛の出汁がかなり強めで魚好きな方にはウェルカムかも。
たまたま頼んでしまった方には賛否があるかもですね。
ただどちらのスープも多少温めで、熱々が好みの方にはどうなのかなぁ・・・
