1st May 2017, evening This time on my trip to Tsuruoka, I went to Banya Seijiro accompanied by Naoo-kun, the owner of "Chuka Soba Kotono". The "grilled pork head" was softer than it looked. The cuttlefish sashimi was crisp and had a sweet taste, and the restaurant was consistently delicious. This was my third visit, and the place is always busy at any time. They also have a selection of local sake from the Shonai region and Yamagata prefecture, and the "Seihiro Junmai Daiginjo" that I tried this time was a personal favorite. Not only the manager, but all the staff are full of service spirit, so it's no wonder they are so popular.
