旅行で鶴岡に来て、どこかでスイーツでも食べることに。
人気のケーキ屋さんも近かったんですが、この時は冷たいものが食べたくてパフェがあったこちらへ。
食べログの情報だと、鶴岡の超有名店アル・ケッチャーノの系列店？のようです。
ならば、と期待して来てみましたがパフェが一種類だけで他はケースの中のケーキ類とドリンクがイートインできるとのこと。
家族はババロアとマリトッツォ、私はメロンのパフェにしました。
マリトッツォとババロアはとても美味しくて、また食べたいと言っていました。
そしてパフェ。
このメロンのパフェが驚きで。。
メニュー写真に詳しく書いてありますが、まずはメロン二種類・ミントのグラニテ・ピスタチオのメレンゲ・カスタードクリーム・パンナコッタ・白ワインのジュレ・赤紫蘇のジュレって、なんという完成度！
あくまでメロンが主役ですから、誰一人としてメロンの甘さを邪魔することなく主役を際立たせつつ、個々の主張も忘れない。
今まで何度かやられてますが、またも山形マジック。値段の安さとお客さんの少なさにたかをくくっていると驚愕のうまさとレベルの高さに言葉も出なくなる。。
これで930円て。。仙台じゃ1500円はするでしょう。食材王国・山形恐るべしです。
帰りにバケットをテイクアウトしましたが、加水率高めのもっちりしたバケットでした。塩とオイルも利いていたので、イタリアンによく合うと思います。我が家はワインと合わせていただきましたがとってもおいしかったです。
