2007年に破綻した駅前プロジェクト。
2017年に、改めてリニューアルプロジェクトが再始動、現在に至っています。
FOODEVERと名付けられた一階フロアーには、いくつか飲食店が入っています。
その中の一軒、ファリナモーレ・ドルチェは、アル・ケッチャーノの奥田シェフがプロデュースしたドルチェ店です。
ケーキやパフェを用意してます。
パフェ以外はテイクアウト可能です。
当店、一見気付きにくいですが、店頭のショーケースの奥にイートインスペースが設けられています。
この日、このフロアーを散策してみたら、当店で、5月4-6日限定のストロベリーフェアを行っていました。
「パフェ、今日明日しか味わえないので、是非是非どうですか？」
かなり積極的な売り込みモードです。
それもそのはず、広いフロアーにウロウロしているお客はぼくだけだし。。。www
◆いちごのティラミスパフェ (950円 税込)
高橋さん家、久保さん家の摘みたてのいちご使用しているそうです。
味的にはコーヒーの香がしないですが、これ、ティラミスなのか？
まあ、それはいいとして、ストロベリーとクリーム系の合わせは鉄板ですね。
◆コーヒー トアルコトラジャブレンド (337円 税込)
酸味がなく苦味が印象的。
特に可もなく不可もなく。
2017年にリニューアルプロジェクトで再始動したものの、その後コロナもあって、あまりにも訪問客が少ないことには同情します。
地方は大変ですね。
