庄内平野で有名イタリアンを展開しているシェフが手掛けた（？）ドルチェリア。
鶴岡駅前の商業施設の一階にある、フードコートのような中にあります。
昼時でしたが客は少なく待たずにサクサク購入できたのは嬉しい。
さすがはイタリアンなだけにズコットもあります。食感が硬軟降り混ざっていてお口が楽しい。
そしてさくらんぼの入ったエクレアがなかなかの美味しさでした。
シュー生地の香ばしさとクリームが程よく固くて、食べた時にベチャッとならない快適性があります。
そこへさくらんぼの甘酸っぱさ。
今まで食べたことのあるエクレアの中でも五指に入る美味しさでした。
