鶴岡は駅前や市街地飲食街に居酒屋は点在するものの、営業中のどの店もピシャリと戸が閉まり中のようすがうかがいしれず、関東関西の客を拒む張り紙もあり東京からの一人者にはなかなかハードルが高い…
目立つ地ものメニューは芋煮くらいだが、普通の刺盛りでも切り身が厚く鮮度良好。
だだちゃ豆は実は小さいが味の濃さはたしかにただの枝豆とは別物。
空いていたとは言え提供スピードスムーズで接客もそつがない。
