実は初めて鶴岡公園満開の桜を見物に来ました‥|дﾟ)ﾉ
酒田市にも日和山公園と言う名所がありますが、敷地内にある桜のスケールが桁違い…。
いやいやとっても綺麗でした♪
その帰り、観光物産館横にあるヒラボク食堂さんへ。
以前から気にはなってましたが初来店。
メニューはもちろん自社ブランドの三元豚に金華豚｡｡
当たり前ですが地元の誇れるお肉です！
なので、もちろんどちらもいただきます。
コールは金華豚の蒲焼丼と三元豚のロースかつ定食。
多少混んでいたので配膳は15分と少しぐらいか‥
どちらも同時にご到着。
金華豚の蒲焼は、炭火でしっかり炙ってあるので香ばしく、肉も柔らかいしタレも絶妙！もう一枚欲しい位(笑)
三元豚のロースかつは箸でもちぎれるんじゃないかと思える位柔らかくて食感最高！
ホントに美味しくいただきました。
なにせ、それにご飯大盛OKだし豚汁まで着いてくる。
ただただ残念なのは豚汁が多少温かった事…。
近々また伺って食べたいお店でございました(^^)b
