In a world where people are in a pinch due to coronavirus restrictions, a food stall has apparently appeared in the Murayama region. The other day, I was able to find a Charumera by relying on the sound of a Charumera chirping in the distance. The words "[b: Shinchan Ramen]" are written on the light brown car body. This is the stall. When you call out to them, they will move to a place with less traffic, and they will start operating from there. The menu consists of soy sauce and miso, with additional toppings available. You will need to bring your own container, but you can have it in a disposable container for an additional fee. It's also nice to have take-home kits that you can prepare at home. Although it was not possible due to the time of day, they even had beer available. Apparently it's a food stall run by [b:Dondon-tei] in the Tendo Onsen town. It's definitely Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that also sells Ramen. This time I ordered [b: dried sardines and soy sauce Ramen]. Although the bowl is a disposable container, Ramen is completely solid. They also wrapped it properly to prevent it from spilling while moving from place to place. The ingredients are boiled eggs, chopped green onions, menma, rock nori, and char siu. The soup itself has a light soy sauce flavor with the flavor of dried sardines, but the plenty of backfat gives it a nice richness. The noodles are medium-thick noodles with loose curls, and I feel like they were boiled a little hard, probably because I took them home. It had a chewy texture and was satisfying to eat. The chashu pork is so soft that it almost falls apart, and the flavor of the rock nori is a nice accent. I was very happy to be able to eat Ramen from a proper restaurant for the first time in a while. It seems that there is not just one food stall. He has also traveled not only to the Murayama region but also to Shonai and Okitama. I would like to eat and support these efforts.
