さて、久々のグルメ旅、今回はあまり馴染みのない山形に行ってみる事に。
ちなみにいつもは大抵一人旅ですが今回は30年来の友とオッサン二人旅です(^◇^;)。
東京から山形新幹線で山形までは3時間程度ですが、本数が少ないので、乗れないと仙台経由バスとなり、結構な時間が掛かります。
目的は何軒か山形のお蕎麦屋さんを巡りつつ、日本古来からのオーベルジュである「料理旅館」なるものを堪能する事！
銀山温泉や寒河江の温泉も少し周って、こちら創業95年となる老舗料理旅館に到着です。
御年92歳のお婆様が暖かく出迎えて下さいます。
宿は覚悟していた(失礼！)よりも全然綺麗で部屋も畳も水回りまで全て新品、Wifiも完備されています。
ちゃんとお酒もルームサービスで運んで頂けます。
周囲には本当に見事に何もないですが、それが逆にまた良いのかもしれません。
カエルの鳴き声だけが響き渡ります。
お食事は18：00以降で好きな時間で指定できるとのことで、18：30開始にしてもらいました。
広い宿は迷路のようで、2階の個室に案内されました。
するとあれよあれよと山菜料理が次々と並べられていきます。
もう種類にすると20種類はあるでしょうか。
小皿も山菜づくし、お椀も山菜、天ぷらも山菜、当然〆も山菜ご飯！デザートのパウンドケーキの中にまで山菜が入ってます(^◇^;)！
一口に山菜と言ってもお味は色々。
特に「仙人の霞」と言う木生海苔（きぶのり:苔の一種とのこと）を使ったものは、地元の方でも滅多に食せることのない、珍しく貴重なものだとのことで、確かに美味。そして不思議な感じの味わいでした。ふわっとしてて、爽やかで、渋みと甘みが混在していて薬草？みたいな感じもちょっとして。
それとこの時期は月山筍という、小さな筍が美味しいらしく、それの焼き物、お椀にもどっさり入ってましたが、これは食感も良いし、美味しいですねぇ〜。
大好物の四方竹にも少し似てるなぁ。
あ、山魚や鮎といったタンパク源もちゃんとありました！（ちなみに相当美味しかったです！）
いやぁ、それにしても山菜の種類の豊富さには脱帽です。
ちなみにその道のプロがちゃんと採らないと、中には毒持ちの種類もあったり、トリカブトと瓜二つの山菜などもあるらしいので、全く油断ができません！(◎_◎;)
もちろん忘れてならないのは地酒の数々。
いやぁ、正直、山形のお酒、メチャクチャ美味いです・・・！
５−6種類頂きましたが、どれももう最高でした！
中でも銀嶺月山の純米大吟醸、こちらは美味しすぎてたくさん追加した上に家にも持って帰っちゃいました(^◇^;)〜。
夜はメチャクチャ静かだし周りに何もないし、お酒も結構飲んだので、旧友とオンラインで少し集まってオンライン麻雀を楽しみつつ、かなり早めにパタンと就寝・・・。
そして翌朝は7：00から朝食！
普段朝食食べないのもあるのですが、昨晩の山菜づくしはなんだかんだで結構なボリュームでしたからね、全くお腹が空いていない・・・、というかデトックス効果が速攻で効いてるのか、ちょっとトイレから離れられない・・・(^◇^;)・・・。
はい、予想はしてましたが、朝食も山菜づくしです〜(^◇^;)
シャケ、玉子焼き、白米の存在にちょっとホッとします。
山菜ってほぼ食物繊維ってこともあるのでしょうけど、アクも結構ありますからね、ちょっと普段食べ慣れてないこともあって、流石にこれ以上の山菜は・・・と体がやや拒絶反応・・・。
でも、ありがたく頂きました！
こんなに山菜食べられることなんて東京じゃあ滅多にないですからね。
本当に一生分の山菜を頂いたように思います！
